Returns & Exchanges
Every Whiskey Face item is made to order — printed and shipped specifically for you when you place your order. That means no warehouse full of unsold hoodies, no waste, and no returns sitting in a pile somewhere. It also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
We know. Patsy would make a face about that too.
That said, we will always make it right if something is wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, contact us within 25 days of delivery at info@whiskeyface.live with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no arguments, no drama.
A note on sizing: Every product page includes a sizing note. Please read it before ordering. The hoodie in particular runs small — we said what we said.
